Maybe it's enough to turn him around and get him focused on football this year.

Submitted by TDfred
Source: sports.yahoo.comChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco851Fri, 14 Aug 2009 14:38:53 -0400Thank you! I'm glad someone else feels the same. I hear a lot of people talking about him as a sleeper and I just can't trust him. Definitely not in the 4th round. Sure, he put up big numbers in the past, but the Bengals were a different team then.

Submitted by bernie_kosarChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco652Sat, 18 Jul 2009 22:11:21 -0400That's a great question. Right now I have Edwards just ahead of Ocho, but that is definitely not set in stone. With Palmer healthy and no TJ Whoseyourdaddy, Ocho could be in for a big year. He's been one of the more inconsistent receivers for fantasy throughout the years, and the Bengals aren't exactly the high-scoring team they used to be.

Submitted by fantasyfoolChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco606Thu, 02 Jul 2009 02:14:35 -0400Fantasy experts still consider Chad Johnson as good or nearly as good a prospect as Braylon Edwards? Isn't that a stretch or am I way off?

Submitted by thehazean
Source: thehazean.comChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco491Mon, 15 Jun 2009 15:48:59 -0400While perusing the ADP over at fantasyfootballcalculator, I wondered why anyone would draft Ochocinco this year. How many players would you take ahead of him?

Submitted by theendzoneview
Source: www.theendzoneview.comChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco608Thu, 02 Jul 2009 21:40:52 -0400Well, when you are among the league leaders in dropped passes three years in a row, it's kinda tough to be considered a great talent.

Submitted by DingleberryChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco607Thu, 02 Jul 2009 17:46:58 -0400Well, I can understand hesitation around Edwards. Assuming Quinn is the QB, he'll probably have some growing pains this year. He only started 2 or 3 games last year and played pretty poorly.

Submitted by jacksonChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco496Mon, 15 Jun 2009 21:03:32 -0400Both in 2006 and 2007 Chad JOHNSON scored all of his TD's in three games each year. Talk about boom or bust. I realize there are going to be people that will stand by Chad and think he will return to form, but even then he disappointed for 10 weeks and showed up for 3. That's not what I want in a WR2.

Submitted by theendzoneviewChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco495Mon, 15 Jun 2009 16:08:47 -0400Remember Ochocinco and Palmer were both injured last year. I will be targeting '85' in all leagues because I think most of you will not. '85' has never had a season of less than 7 tds or 1200 yds with a healthy C.Palmer. I am also taking into account that he is keeping his mouth shut, showing up to OTAs, and getting decent reviews from the coaching staff. If you are drafting now, you will get phenominal value at the end of the 4th round. But if you draft in August, he might be in the mid-3rd round by then. Either way it is a great sleeper when you can get a top-7 WR outside of the 2nd round.

Submitted by smileymanChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco515Tue, 16 Jun 2009 16:17:25 -0400I certainly understand the 'boom-bust' fear, but that is also why I called him a sleeper. So as a high 5th round pick, other than D.Jackson (if he is still on the board) you would take A.Bryant, S.Holmes, A.Gonzalez, E.Royal, B.Berrian over Chad? He is currently being drafted near 3 #2WRs and 2 one-year wonders. The point was that where he is drafted, he is a pretty good value pick and one of the few that could outperform, thus earning the title 'sleeper.'

Submitted by smileymanChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco520Tue, 16 Jun 2009 22:02:04 -0400Personally, I take all of those guys over Chad in a heartbeat. Only Berrian would be a question mark, but if #4 heads to Minny like expected, then he'd definitely get the knock over Chad in my opinion.

Submitted by theendzoneviewChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco304Mon, 18 May 2009 03:19:59 -0400Chad's jersey is actually going to read "Ochocinco" this year.

Submitted by PeytonsArmy
Source: sports.espn.go.comChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco308Mon, 18 May 2009 16:06:38 -0400What's surprising is that the front of the jersey still reads "Bengals." Although I wonder what his fantasy value will be now that Housh is gone.

Submitted by jordan23Chad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco154Wed, 06 May 2009 10:57:41 -0400He should change his name to Chad Nada-Zippo after last seasons washout.

Submitted by junkyardjakeChad Ocho Cincohttp://www.fantasyfootballchatter.com/chad-ocho-cinco174Thu, 07 May 2009 13:55:32 -0400I agree.
