According to Oakland HC Tom Cable, the Raiders backfield will be a hot topic within the team this summer as Darren McFadden and Michael Bush battle it out for the starting RB job. "We'll move forward with those two guys," Cable said Tuesday. "I think it will help both of them that they will get more work. The question with [McFadden] is, now that he's healthy, can he be an every-down back? And I think he can be." While we don't necessarily disagree with Cable's remarks, we like Bush's chances of ending the season with the majority of the carries.

I agree, McFadden is no longer on my radar. Luckily I didn't end up with him in many leagues this year. Oakland is definitely a cursed team.

The Raiders look like they will be making McFadden the focus of the passing game (a la Reggie Bush) while they get their deep game sorted out. I personally like McFadden's fantasy value this year as I think he will be counted on more in the offense. How can he not with all of that talent?
