According to ESPN Radio in Washington, the Bills, Panthers, Jaguars, and Raiders have already shown interest in Campbell. Jacksonville is the interesting name on that list. Shanny indicated Campbell would have to earn a starting job, rather than be handed it. "There's competition at every position," Shanahan said.
