Marques Colston has been progressing well after microfracture surgery, and in fact looked to be in 'vintage' form during the last minicamp practice.

I agree with the thought that he is hurt too often, but we have said that about A.Johnson. Despite the injuries, when he is on the field he is a monsters. Running mock drafts with a full room (instead of vs computer) I have been consistently getting Colston in the 4th, which I think is an absolute steal!

I have to update my own reply. I think that if Marshall continues his holdout, we need to seriously think about downgrading him. I don't know a single player in the history of the NFL that has had similar or better numbers after holdouts. 2. Add to that fact that WRs with new QBs usually perform worse as well. 3. Coming off an injury. 4. New offensive (complicated) system.... Putting him at WR14 and expecting 1000yd/8TD seems almost like a stretch now.

Despite Colston being my favorite WR, he is just hurt too often to draft relatively high. He is an absolute stud with Brees at QB if he could only stay on the field.

That's good. I targeted him last year expecting that "vintage" form. Hopefully it comes back this year.

Colston's injury was a microfracture in his knee. He's back in practice now, but it's not clear if there will be lingering effects from surgery.
