I strictly recommend not to hold back until you get big sum of money to buy different goods! You should just take the credit loans or credit loan and feel yourself comfortable

Do not enough cash to buy a building? You should not worry, just because that's available to get the home loans to work out all the problems. Thus take a short term loan to buy everything you require.

Yeah, he seems to get the short end of the stick since SD has a lot of other offensive options as well. I think the main problem with him fantasywise is that his upside isn't very high. LT/Sproles/Gates are always going to be the #1 producers there.
