DeAngelo definitely won't score 18 TD's again, but I think a 1300/12 season is well within reach. Especially if JStew continues to be burden with nagging injuries.

I sure hope so. He's now starting on my 5 year Dynasty team after I parted ways with Tony Romo this year. It's a gamble, but I like the odds that he avoids a sophmore slump

Donte' Stallworth, CLE

1
First off, I don't know how you can get 30 days for killing somebody. Secondly, Stallworth will be on house arrest for 2 years as part of the deal, so if I'm Goodell, I wait until he finishes his sentence before I rule on a possible suspension and by my definition, that includes house arrest. See you in 2012 Donte.

Yeah, when I read that I thought the same thing. There goes me targeting Rice in the later rounds. I still might, but now my expectations are much lower

Owen Daniels, HOU

2
C'mon Smiley, that's a little harsh. Daniels is widly regarded as one of the better young TE's in the game. The last two seasons he finished 6th, then 5th in both receptions and yards for TE's. He's only 26 and the Texans second target after AJ. While the Texans are floating to the press that he turned down a deal making him the 2nd highest paid tight end, we don't know the details of the offer. It could have been scant on guaranteed money. It could have been heavily backloaded, meaning he wouldn't most likely see the big money. It could have been laden with high to reach escalators. We just don't know. Daniels has two less catches and 166 more yards than Dallas Clark the past two seasons yet Clark's is making $11mill this year including a signing bonus and 4+mill through 2013 compared to Daniels $2mill tender. Lastly, Daniels just played out his rookie deal so at age 26, this is his only chance at a huge payday. He and his agent better get it right.

I'm assuming Bernie meant Hightower and not Arrington. I expect Wells to rise even further once the preseason hits to be honest. Recent rookie RB's have proved to be very fantasy worthy in redraft formats.

Unless Marshall leaves, Orton will be a classic low risk, high reward candidate for sure. However, if he struggles at all, I think they wouldn't hesitate to put Simms in there

And here I thought he just crumbles under pressure. But seriously, I don't think Romo listened because he wasted time he could have been working on football trying to make the cut at a pro-golf tourney a few weeks back. That's not what I want from my star QB.

Both in 2006 and 2007 Chad JOHNSON scored all of his TD's in three games each year. Talk about boom or bust. I realize there are going to be people that will stand by Chad and think he will return to form, but even then he disappointed for 10 weeks and showed up for 3. That's not what I want in a WR2.
