Willis McGahee, BAL

Willis McGahee has been placed on the PUP list, but the Ravens assert that this is just a precautionary gesture to make sure he is completely ready before committing to practice. The general status of McGahee has otherwise been positive - he is said to be in good shape and experiencing no side-effects from last years knee surgery.

Agent Drew Rosenhaus revealed on his Twitter page that Willis McGahee needed offseason surgeries on both his knee and ankle. (It is a 2 tweet message, so I only gave the second part of his 'tweet'.)

I'm not sure McGahee's fantasy value can get any lower.

Wow, nice catch. I've been curious about McGahee's status and we finally have some solid info. I think I'm staying away from him this year.

McGahee 2nd on depth charts but currently higher ADP than Rice.

No wonder McGahee is even still around in Baltimore. The team would take a 10+ million dollar cap hit to do so. He would be gone if not for that.

You ask, theendzoneview delivers. McGahee won't be participating in minicamps due to a recent procedure to clean out his knee (presumably the one he trashed in college and has continued issues with)

Any word on McGahee's health? I haven't heard or seen much since his scary hit in the AFC championship game.
